Intent:

We do this by nurturing and maintaining excellent and effective relationships with funding bodies, employers, learners, and other relevant stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Delivery Team. The job requires an understanding of priorities and the need to meet deadlines. Liaising with partners, colleagues, and learners in a courteous and timely fashion in order to provide a high level of customer service and maintain our reputation as a leading training provider.
The post holders duties will also include, regularly maintaining administrative systems, including the organisation of meetings, courses and events. This is a key administration function for the operations of the organisation, and the ability to respond efficiently to time-sensitive administrative tasks directly impacts the ability of Pathway to deliver their commercial and public funded contracts.
You will be following Pathways processes and procedures with regards to all new and current contracts including Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Employability, and other funded provisions.
Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations and reconciliations of general ledgers
- Managing accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Petty cash processing and balancing of multiple centres.
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly VAT return.
- Credit Control
- Assist in monthly payroll.
- Performing due diligence
- Business Procurements
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or part qualified or similar.
- Experience with purchase and sales ledger
- Experience of Xero accounting software
- Experience of reconciliation
- Data entry skill, thorough attention to detail & information analysis
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills, ability to work in tight deadlines.
