Job description
Your responsibilities will include identifying students who require additional support, developing personalized support plans, and providing one-on-one and small-group support to students with learning differences. Additionally, you will collaborate with teachers to create and implement differentiated lesson plans, monitor student progress, and modify support plans as necessary.
You will also be responsible for helping with classroom management and organization while building positive relationships with students and their families.
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
- Available immediately to work as a support worker.
