Job description
We are looking for an experienced, skilled and flexible professional to join our friendly team.
The role will be to work flexibly in our breakfast club provision, working with small groups of children and individual children during lesson times, break times and supervision at lunchtimes.
The successful applicant must have the following qualities:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents.
- Be calm, caring and encouraging with our children so they feel safe and secure in your care.
- Use positive behaviour management strategies.
- Be flexible and committed to the school; working as part of a team to provide outstanding provision.
- Be prepared to learn and develop their own skills and understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Hold at least a level 2 teaching assistant qualification.

This position is term time only and temporary until July 17th 2024, with a possible extension beyond this date.
