Culture
Our children are enthusiastic about learning and have excellent behaviour. Our teachers are passionate about helping children achieve and develop. We are a close team with a shared sense of purpose who support one another. We care about each other and our children.
Teaching & Learning
Our pedagogy is driven by evidence backed research. We believe ongoing professional development is a right for all our teachers. Substantial time and resources are dedicated to giving our teachers ownership and support to keep improving. Our teachers become familiar with practical classroom application of formative assessment, principles of instruction, mastery, generative learning theory, retrieval practice, spatial organisation and cognitive load theory.
Curriculum
Underpinning our curriculum is the principle of social justice. Our children should have equal opportunity in their future lives, whatever their background. When coupling this with our evidence-based approach, the result is a knowledge-led curriculum. Alongside our leadership team, subject leaders decide what is taught and why. Teachers decide how this is taught, based on our pedagogy approach.

Leadership Team
We believe in a culture of trust and honesty in order to build a high performing team. We focus our energies on being strategic and supportive.
What are we looking for?
