The children, staff and governors of Birch Hill Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced class teacher in Key Stage 1.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our supportive team to work with our children and families.
The successful candidate will have a track record of good or outstanding teaching. They should hold high expectations of themselves and the children, and a good understanding of the curriculum, assessment and SEND.
Birch Hill is a popular two form entry primary school with a Nursery and a Specialist Resource Provision (ASD/MLD) unit. The school is well resourced and has extensive outside space including an ‘Edible Playground’. There are currently 420 children on roll. Birch Hill Primary was judged Good in our Ofsted report (October 2019).
