At ParkerSteel Limited, we have exciting opportunities for proactive, self-motivated Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our busy Transport team at our Canterbury site.
You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 5 days, 47.5 hours per week and in return we offer a competitive starting rate of £28,500 with career path pay rises to £30,500 per annum + Training opportunities for Class 1 with the opportunity for overtime on Saturdays subject to tachograph limits and workload.

The Role and Responsibilities will include:
As our main personal contact with our Customers you will need to be presentable, have good communication skills and attention to detail. The role is for daily multi drop deliveries and moving stock between depots, returning to depot every night. You will be responsible for your vehicle, load, security of your load, reporting defects and accurate recording of deliveries by tablet.
- You must have experience driving in the UK.
- A valid CPC drivers' qualification.
- Digital tachograph card experience.
- Experience of multi dropping or supplying goods to the construction and engineering industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
