Technology teams in the UK work closely with our global businesses to help design and build digital services that allow our millions of customers around the world, to bank quickly, simply and securely. They also run and manage our IT infrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world’s leading international bank.
Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers.
Responsibilities:
- Assures delivery through the entire life cycle of the project of user requirements through to live
- Capturing, analysing, and documenting of business process (including IT processes)
- Designing of solutions or change interventions
- Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate with business and respective teams for Product Backlog initiatives / refinements. Support the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories
- Devising change interventions such as training and communication
- Managing the tracking, documenting progress, and managing status reporting
- Implementing solutions, managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and resource supply meets demand
- Supports the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
- Has expertise to keep Kanban boards, Scrum, Confluence, and Rally applications to reflect the latest roadmap-status.
- Prepare informative and crisp PPTs, data-pivots for senior management
- Must have in-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience of Clarity Implementations, preferably within FS but will consider other industries
- Good communication and Presentation Skills. Find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution
- Should have worked on implementations, rollouts, and customizations
- Should have hands-on experience of different methodologies majorly Agile.
- In addition to awareness on Agile Ways of Working and Confluence someone already aware about HSBC setup, would be preferred
The role will be based in Sheffield but some travel may be required. This role supports Hybrid working.
