We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Claim Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day claims, providing excellent customer support, and fostering effective communication with individuals from all backgrounds and levels. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry onto the mainframe claims management system, while adhering to the client's philosophy, standards, and service levels.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts, actively listening to capture and record accurate information in the database.
- Track and meet personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to project work involving engineering issues as required.
**Knowledge & Skills Required:**
- Highly motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
- Proficient in computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment, supporting the activities of the business.
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Open-minded and receptive to the ideas and opinions of others.
- Capable of evaluating facts and making informed recommendations.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with business performance measures and the ability to understand their significance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- In-depth knowledge of delivering excellent customer service.
- Essential understanding of insurance claims processes, with previous experience in household claims being highly desirable.
- Possession of CII FIT certification is preferable.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You should be computer literate and willing to learn new skills as required. Previous experience in claims handling or customer service would be beneficial but is not essential.
