In the role of email marketing executive, you'll work closely alongside our busy marketing team to develop and create our email strategy from the ground up. With your prior experience in creating and overseeing email campaigns, creating general email flows and executing commercial strategies with a focus on increasing profits and sales on our e-commerce platforms, you'll fit right in!
This role is hands-on and is perfect for someone who's self-motivated, upbeat and has a genuine interest in email marketing and advertising.

Job Role
As the Email Marketing Executive/ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo marketing automation platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Use your expertise to design and roll out effective email marketing strategies, boosting customer engagement and retention.
- Create email campaigns across our range of e-commerce platforms to generate sales and help improve our brand awareness and the brands of the products we distribute.
- Develop engaging email content, like newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns, using the Klaviyo platform.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyse campaign performance
- Enhancing email deliverability and click-through rates.
- Employ marketing automation tools within Klaviyo audience segmentation and email personalisation for advanced customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to maintain consistent brand messaging across all email campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices within Klaviyo to continually refine email marketing strategies and tactics.
- Have proven experience in email marketing, ideally with Klaviyo, or the ability to transfer skills to a new tool.
- Understand email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability optimization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Klaviyo tools and features for successful email campaigns.
- Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data using Klaviyo analytics.
- Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a high-paced environment.
