What Is The Role?
We are looking for a new Motor Claims Team Leader to join us on a full time, remote basis! You will have the flexibility of working home and working Monday – Friday!
You will be leading our Service Delivery Team (around 10 in the team) – this team is responsible for progressing the repair and total loss element of a claim for our customers, as well as monitoring and minimising replacement vehicle hire. These customers have been involved in a car accident and are using our services for the repair of their vehicle and insurance claim, so customer service is vital.
As Team Lead, your role is to coach and develop the team, ensuring that resource is fully managed and effectively utilised, carry out quality audits, identifying areas for improvement, carrying out 1-1s and fully supporting your team.
What Do We Need From You?
Our new Motor Claims Team Leader will have experience in a senior or leadership role within a call centre, either remotely or in person. If you have insurance or claims experience then that’s a huge bonus!
You will be used to leading a team, helping them achieve KPIs and targets, auditing and coaching whist ensuring that customers are receiving the best possible service.
You could be a Senior Advisor looking to make the step up to Team Leader? Or a Team Leader looking for their next challenge in a fast paced, exciting environment with the opportunity to work from home.
