Job Title: Legal Claims Handler/Paralegal

Location: Swansea

Salary: £18,000.00 - £24,000.00 depending on qualification & experience

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (35 hours/week)

Bridger & Co Solicitors is a high street law firm seeking dispute resolution lawyers to operate from their soon to be opened Swansea office.

We are a friendly firm with a family orientated work ethic. We are currently experiencing a period of growth across the business and, as a consequence of increasing workloads in niche litigation, we are looking to hire legal claims handlers.

Ideal candidates will be highly driven and articulate, have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, be very organised with an innate ability to prioritise and deliver and have a focus on the delivery of first-class customer service.

Due to the nature of the role and day to day responsibilities, a solid legal education is preferred although the role is suited but not limited to:-

  • Experienced administrators;
  • Experienced customer service staff;
  • Graduates & LPC Graduates;
  • Those seeking a career change into the legal sector.

Role Overview:-

  • Vetting Clients and Processing legal claims;
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email to progress claims;
  • Dealing with enquiries & investigations;
  • Uploading details to the case management system and portal;
  • Comply with pre and post litigation procedures through the life of a claim to conclude the case effectively and economically.
