The Opportunity
We are seeking a Civil Engineer Technician to join our team of Civil Engineers and Technicians based out of our London office. We work and team up on a vast array of exciting projects ranging in influence from strategic infrastructure, masterplanning, detailed design to site. Our focus key markets include infrastructure masterplans, infrastructure for property, highways, power networks, utilities coordination and drainage.
We therefore are looking for someone with strong technical skills to help us to deliver these opportunities. Alongside technical skill, the role will allow you to develop your project management, client relationship and commercial skills by promoting in the project management, interfacing with clients .The team consist of 60 people and we work collaboratively in projects team. Most people will be working on more than one project at a time so time management and planning are key attributes that we are looking for. The benefit of this system is a no one day is usually the same and your opportunity to learn and grow in knowledge and skills is vast.
Is this role right for you?
- Design experience in the field of civil /infrastructure engineering (typically 3-5 years)
- A suitable academic qualification or equivalent experience
- Working towards an appropriate professional qualification (Chartered) with the Institution of Civil Engineers or equivalent
- Be able to use the latest analysis and design software, i.e. Civil 3D, microdrainage, etc.
- Understanding of working in a similar consulting environment.
