Junior Civil Engineer – Fort Lauderdale

We are seeking experienced and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Civil Engineering Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key member of our highly qualified, collaborative, and motivated team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience ranging from roadway, drainage, park design, water, sewer or land development.
The position requires technical knowledge and ability in applying principles of engineering.
Experience in the preparation or review of engineering design plans and specifications.

SKILLS:

Entry level knowledge of engineering planning, design and construction as applied to public works projects, utility, and/or private development projects.
Knowledge of pertinent local, State and Federal Rules and Regulations
Proficient in the use of standard office software including Microsoft office products. Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, Arcview and ArcInfo a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be self-directed and self-motivated.
SPECIAL LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:
A Civil Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university
A demonstrated track record of working towards a PE license.
