Job Description

+ Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.

+ Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.

+ Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.

+ Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.

+ Identifies discrepancies in results.

+ Provides guidance to entry level engineers.

+ Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision

Qualifications

+ Min HND Civil Engineering or similar

+ Design office experience

+ Proficient in CAD Civil 3D essential.

+ Proficient in all standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, etc)

+ Ideally with some Structural Design/ Draughting experience (steel, RC)

+ Experience of Tekla TEDDS or equal design suite

+ Desirable experience of Micro Drainage or equal design suite.

Must have been BPSS / Security Cleared - Or have been in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to enable getting clearance
