What does an Usher do?
You will be the most important person in our cinemas.
You will be the face of Picturedrome and your passion and customer service will keep our customers returning.
You will be required to: -
* Greet customers in the building
* Sell Tickets, refreshments and snacks
* Answer the telephone and process bookings
* Check tickets and guide customers to their seats
* Settle seating disputes
* Ensure audiences are not using their phones or any other recording equipment during the performance
* Communicate with other staff to ensure the smooth running of the cinema
* Clean all areas between performances
* Manage the audience in emergency situations
What is required?
* Excellent communication skills and customer service
* A Passion for film
* Ability to take orders
* Able to work as a team
* Confidence settling disputes/ dealing with disruptive audience members
* Be physically fit as some shifts can be very busy
* Adaptability - as no two shifts are the same

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
