The Role:
Our Cinema Operations Manager is a senior manager within the organisation with the capacity to lead and develop our Cinema Division with full PL accountability.
They will oversee our 3 Cinema's in Glasgow, Perth and Edinburgh and contribute to the Cinema Divisions business strategy and and focus on improving productivity of our existing Cinema assets whilst developing how we can utilise our licensed units to drive revenue through screening events.
The Person:
The ideal applicant will have previous multi site Cinema management experience.
You should be skilled in mentoring, developing and inspiring a team of Managers and venue teams. A great communicator, you will also achieve operational excellence through a high performance environment that embraces continuous improvement.
