Job description

The Trust doctor will be supervised by one of the Trauma & Orthopaedic consultants and will provide high quality clinical care on a daily basis within out patient settings, in-patient ward areas and theatre facilities. Ensure patient risk is reduced by ensuring timely, effective and efficient quality care highlighting any concerns to senior staff as necessary. The post holder will be encouraged and supported to take on a lead role in supporting the junior doctors within the Directorate over the course of the year. The main focus of the position will be on clinical activity.
