A Home Instead Care Professional is a kind and friendly person, totally reliable, and compassionate with excellent communication skills. Working in a person's own home, with the whole team provide support you and the client, we are looking for someone who is happy to learn, contribute to the team, and can work under pressure when needed and will enjoy the rewards and responsibility. Part time and varied hours to fit around your other commitments works really well for our team - with schedules planned far ahead to ensure continuity with our clients.
Our perfect Caregiver may be someone looking to start a new career, a person with experience working in a care setting or caring for a family member. We will provide you with all the training you will need, so you can go to each visit with confidence. All we ask is that you are passionate about caring for others and pride yourself on being reliable professional .... and happy to chat over a biscuit and a cuppa!
Additional Information
From £11.00 per hour weekdays, £12.50 per hour weekends & double pay on public holidays.Flexible hours we work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs – It’s not every weekend either, just alternate weekends as well as the regular weekday visits as we’ve found this works best for our staff and client schedules.
Extra payments for mileage and wait time between visits
Minimum 1-hour calls with your own regular matched clients
Time to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit
