Job description
We are currently looking for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. This role provides support to young people with behaviour that challenges in their daily lives, including personal care and housekeeping duties. We are seeking individuals who have excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be compassionate and possess good analytical skills that allow for a quick learning curve. We need application from candidates who can speak any of these languages Arabic, Russian, Nepali, Polish and Filipino.
Responsibilities:
- Assist young people in their activities of daily living.
- Advocate for young people care needs in a variety of situations and at different points in their care.
- Maintain confidentiality of young people's personal information.
- Perform simple nursing tasks.
- Be a team player and work collaboratively with other staff.
- Provide patients with timely information about their condition and treatment plans.
- Adhere to medical protocols and policies.
- May supervise certified nursing assistants.
- To be available to work at other locations, Slough, Croydon and Kent
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £9.50-£10.42 per hour

- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
