Children’s Home Senior Residential Support Worker

• Salary - Up to £32,000 DOE

Job Purpose

Under the supervision of the Registered Manager or other competent person participates in the safe and efficient delivery of care and support to children and young people and provides flexible support services within the home as required.

Key Tasks

Ø Care to and support to children and young people

Ø Flexible support services

Ø Supervision of children and young people

Ø Keyworking

Ø Undertaking key personal responsibilities

Ø Fulfilling role of shift leader
