Position: Residential Children’s Home Manager (Ofsted / EBD)
Location: Wallington, Surrey
Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on qualifications & experience)
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)

We are a passionate and forward-thinking provider of residential care homes for vulnerable children and this is an excellent opportunity to join our progressive team as a Registered Manager to lead our innovative and highly resourced Children's home which provides care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties aged 11-17 years.
We require a passionate and dedicated registered manager for a 3-bed home in London who has the energy and desire to strive for outstanding outcomes. Our commitment is to provide an unparalleled environment of support and development.
The Role
We are looking for a Registered Manager or a Deputy who is prepared to step up, and who can create a home, for our children, and deliver positive significant Outcomes.
As the Manager, not only is your duty of care to the children, but also to the team of adults working within the home. Being able to inspire, communicate, stay calm under pressure and stay positive under pressure and always ensure your team is working effectively and compliantly to our ethos and values.

What experience would we like you to bring:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
- Have at least one year in a role supervising staff
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or be prepared to acquire within 2 years)
If you are currently a Deputy Manager we need you to have at least 1 year in the role, your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care and be well up for starting the Level 5.
The successful applicants will naturally be appointed subject to references, enhanced DBS and screening.
