The shift pattern is nights only.

About Us:
At Yorhealth we provide care for children and young adults with complex care needs. You will be working in the family home. This role includes supporting children with a variety of complex needs including but not limited to:
* Cerebral Palsy
* Epilepsy
* Down Syndrome
* Neurological Conditions
* Conditions with required Tracheostomy
* Conditions with required Ventilation
* Conditions with requirement of peg feeding
* Variety of learning difficulties
About You:
* We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who has a passion for young people’s wellbeing and have a caring and patient nature.
* An understanding of the developmental and educational needs of children and young people
* Current Clinical Competence is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
* An NVQ level 3 in the relevant area is desirable.
