We are seeking compassionate and reliable Child Care Assistants to join our team at Caremark Sutton. As a Child Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and care to children, assisting them with their daily activities, and promoting their development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to children
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Help with educational and play activities
• Administer medication as required
• Accompany children to appointments or activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date child records
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• A caring and compassionate attitude towards children
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and bank holidays
