Credit Control Assistant
Countryside Offices
£27,000 per annum
Full-time for 35 hours per week 9-5pm - Monday to Friday 1 hour unpaid lunch
- To assist in collection of outstanding monies relating to service charge and ground rent arrears mainly by letter and email
- Prepare cheques for banking
- Allocate payments made by BACs, cheques and debit/credit cards on a daily basis
- Take debit/credit card payments over the phone
- Assist in daily reconciliation of receipts/payments
- Handle incoming queries and chase internally where applicable
- Contact Land Registry to verify address and ownership
- Filing and housekeeping
- Other tasks as required

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- High level of accuracy.
