Job description
The post holder will be one of a team of CHIS team members who manage Child Health Information within BGSW which covers the areas; BaNES, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire and work to provide high quality child health administration, data support and services for health care professionals within NHS England South (South Central) , Provider services, GP practices, Public health agencies, other outside agencies and parents.
