Description
Temporary post until 31/03/2025 due to grant funding.
Tim Camau bach are seeking to employ a committed, self motivated person with experience of engaging and working with families and children who have disabilities.
The post holder will be required to work as part of a team, employing creative and innovative strategies to assist families in the daily challenges faced.
Experience in your work and working with individuals with disabilities would be of benefit.
The post holder will be required to do key work TAF cases, planning and providing integrated family support, and supporting statutory cases.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
