Compensation benefits of the Chief Technology Officer/ CTO

• Up to $200,000 per year and possible equity options are available
• Flexible schedule

• Provide strategic guidance: A board member or advisor should be able to help them navigate complex business decisions and develop a roadmap for growth and success.
• Industry insights: valuable local insights would be helpful.
• Building relationships: help to establish new relationships, expand networks, and gain access to new opportunities.
• Extensive experience and expertise in their industry: This would allow the candidate to bring valuable insights and knowledge to the table, and to help the company navigate the complexities of their business.
• A proven track record of success: The company wants someone who has a history of delivering results, and who has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
