Accounts Assistant
We are seeking to fulfil a full-time accounts assistant that will support the operation of our fine residential care homes based in Whitefield and Bolton. (The role is predominately based in our office in Whitefield, Bury).
It is essential that you share our values of being kind, honest and down to earth. Amongst these values, we are looking for great administrative and organisational skills.
Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
£11.50 per hour
Responsibilities
· Providing general administrative support to the care homes.
· Ensure individual company’s purchase ledgers are accurately maintained and reconciled to supplier statements and that any issues arising are resolved
· Import all sales and supplier invoices to the accounting software
· Assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
· Perform account reconciliations
· Manage petty cash accounts
· Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Requirements
· Strong IT skills, any previous experience of Sage is beneficial but not essential
· Organised, diligent and proactive approach, a strong 'can do' attitude is essential
· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills at all business levels
· Ability to accurately follow instructions
