Estate Warden
Chippenham
Salary - £21,600-£26,900 per annum - depending on skills and experience.
Contract type - Permanent
Working hours - Full Time 39 hours

About the role
Your role will be to deliver an effective Estate Warden Service which includes:-
- Cleaning and up keep of internal and external communal areas (including carpet and window cleaning).
- Fire compliance including annual fire risk assessments.
- Testing and monitoring communal safety systems including CCTV monitoring systems.
- Customer enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- General awareness of building condition and reporting any concerns.
- Monitor car parks and open spaces for fly tipping, graffiti and abandoned vehicles etc.
- Comprehensive record keeping ensuring service charges accurately reflect the service provided.
This role will require you to have close liaisons with residents, contractors, DLO and external agencies. Estate Wardens work alongside colleagues from other teams (including Housing, Contact Centre, Asset Management and Commercial) to ensure services are delivered efficiently and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
You will maintain a general awareness of internal and external maintenance issues with GreenSquareAccord`s stock.
Your role will be to schedule and plan visits as per the rota and in a way that minimises travel and time.

About you
Ideally you will have a Trailer Licence.
You will have 3 GCSE`s at Grade C or above, or equivalent ability or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.
You will have experience of working in the Estate Management and caretaking sector.
You will have experience in identifying building and maintenance defects.
You must be able to Carpet clean / use of professional heavy duty cleaning machines.
You will be able to work alone or as part of a team.
