Who will report to Regional SVP/ VP/ Heads of delivery, consulting
you?
Direct: Head/VP of Delivery – UK/EU, Head/VP of Consulting – UK/EU
Indirect: Regional PM’s (Onsite + Offshore), Regional Consultants (Onsite + Offshore),
Regional Support Manager, Regional HR BP
What will you drive? You will own all aspects of regional operations and account management. This includes:
- Accountability for the regional P&L. o Delivery of all confirmed and hot revenue
- Ensure customer success across all projects and managed services.
- Ensuring end-to-end operational excellence which includes process adherence and quality documentation.
- Responsibility for account management of all existing customers and meeting the associated revenue targets for same.
- Ensuring an optimal resource mix for the region to meet budgeted profitability targets
- Responsibility for top-quality billing resources who are continuously upskilling their knowledge.
- Acquisition and retention of the best talent in the region.
- Execution of the Long-range plan (LRP) for the region.
KPIS Achievement of budgeted profit margins
- 100% Customer Retention
- 30% Increase in customer wallet share leveraging Fortude’s digital offerings
- 100% retention of top talents (Box 1/2/4)
- 90% retention of all other resources
- Ensure continuous roll-in of potential opportunities for new products and services to the CSO

Where will you stay? This role is location agnostic, you will be required to travel to meet Fortude clients, sometimes even for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £120,000.00-£160,000.00 per year
