Chief Operating Officer - International Digital Payments
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Operating Officer/ COO to join a growing international digital payments firm based near Liverpool Street.
You will have ownership of implementing business strategies, optimising the organisation's operational capabilities and compiling financial reports. Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for helping shape the future strategy and culture of the firm. The role has accountability for operational activities across the EMEA and US. The ideal candidate has strong small-medium size digital payments provider knowledge.

- Developing and coordinating the creation of corporate governance and control initiatives with a focus on the European market.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and international regulators, and take appropriate action to ensure the organisation follows these rules
- Implement strategy.
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing global goal setting, KPIs and performance management, and yearly operations planning.
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity.
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
