Job description
Thurrock Community Leisure (operating as Impulse Leisure) is seeking a Chief Finance Officer to head up the finance function of the organisation. This is a senior leadership role and whilst it involves strategic planning and advice across the finance spectrum, it also requires a large hands-on approach within the department. This post includes being the Company Secretary for the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an energetic and committed, fully qualified accountant, with demonstrable experience in a responsible position. Ideally we are seeking an individual with previous experience in the financial management, particularly within a small to medium size business. Experience of charity accounts preferable, but not essential.
