As Associate Researcher you will be responsible for important work in our lab to tackle the challenges of new to the world technologies in formulation and process development. You will engage in meaningful work that will touch the lives of others and have a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver executional excellence in R&D procedural work and experimentation and apply your knowledge to provide foundational understanding and capability for the team, contribute to the planning and execution of a broad range of technical tests, summarize these tests independently, and make correlations to in-depth observations. Assemble equipment prototypes and machine operation for different unit operations in pilot plant. Execute lab experiments, test procedures, and produce reliable, reproducible results to meet day-to-day project needs with your technical coach and team experts. Use basic statistics to document and compile experimental data from various experiments for review and interpretation. Make special note of unanticipated results and/or unexpected observations that lead to new insights.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
A passion for laboratory work, with either a degree in chemistry (or related field) or equivalent qualifications/practical experience.
Passion about hands on in lab experimentation and science with a growth mindset and “can do” attitude.
Background in practical experience in a STEM environment with experience in documentation of lab work in lab notebook.
Ability to learn on the job, highly motivated and curious about process and equipment innovation and formulation of products.
Should be familiar with standard office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc) and have applied basic statistics.
Effective collaboration skills to partner effectively with a diverse team
Strong communication skills
