New venue opening from the team behind Aizle and Noto, expanding group with an exciting new premises, a favourite institution of Edinburgh on Hanover Street.
Tipo will be a modern take on Italian and British cuisine, specialising in pasta, cured meats and cheeses. Utilising the best of local and artisan Scottish produce combined with classic Italian recipes, served as small plates to share as a group. Service style will be professional but warm and welcoming, an intimate and cool venue, minimalistic in design with neutral hard woods but specially placed loud splashes of colour and design by SPLINTR .
We plan to be open early March 2023, as a 5 day a week operation but after the first month we will move to 7 days a week service.
