We are looking for passionate chefs of all levels to join our enthusiastic ever expanding team. We are a fast paced vibrant pub in Pilton looking to prepare ourselves for a busy Summer where we open our smokehouse in the garden.
Working in a beautifully artistic and quirky pub with a strong team ethos and a focus on fresh, local and seasonal produce. Only open since November 2022, the establishment is booming with regular events, frequently booked out restaurant and a cosy, atmospheric bar. Good tips, staff meals and flexible working hours. Pay rate dependent on experience.
We are looking for Sous chef, Chef de Partie and Commis.
We focus on serving locally sourced homemade dishes that reflect the seasons and showcase regional produce.

Brand new renovation on the 17th century listed building with brand new kitchen.
This is an iconic pub in the heart of Pilton, Somerset, which is home of the Glastonbury festival.
