Overview of the role:
· Prepare and serve all drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our members and guests.
· Take members and guests food orders.
· Monitor members and guests alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
· Delivering food and drinks to tables with the approach of making our guests feel as welcome as possible.
· Clearing tables and making sure all our guests’ needs are met.
· Ensure a high level of customer service during your shift.
· Keeping high cleanliness standards in your working area for the day.
· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
· Checking golfers in.
· Ensuring golf buggies/trolleys are clean and available.
Our ideal candidate will:
· Be welcoming and willing to assist our golfers and guests.
· Show a passion for the hospitality industry and will provide service with a smile.
· Be a good communicator and maintain a positive attitude to the role.
· Be flexible in working hours/days and be able to work weekends as we are a 7 day a week business.
· Be able to work individually and as part of a team to carry out all tasks that are required.
