Job description
Here at Bosco we are about to launch a brand new concept & we are looking for a team of experienced Chef's to help launch it. Our new New York inspired pizza and slice joint will open in a prime location on Gloucester road in March 2022.
We also have plans to open the concept in further Bristol sites later next year. The focus for us as always will be on using the best Italian produce, but this time we will be serving up New York style pizza, with pizza by the slice, arancini, frozen margaritas, great local beers, great music & soft serve ice cream to eat in or take out.
We are really excited to launch this brand new concept and we are after like minded people that want grow with us as we open further sites.
What we need
Ideally we are looking for someone who is currently fulfilling a Chef de Partie role currently, or someone who is ready to take the next step forward in their career. Experience is a must, we love to nurture and train at Bosco, but at least 2 years experience in a kitchen will be preferred, as well as:
- Someone with a BIG personality, this is going to be fast paced & fun so we want someone who thrives in that environment and brings the energy everyday.
- Receive and implement instruction well
- A good understanding of food hygiene
- Be able to interface appropriately with customers
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- Someone looking to develop themselves, this new concept is part of the Bosco Pizzeria family and offers career development opportunities with more new openings planned for next year and beyond
