Warehouse Assistants - Day Shift and Back Shift.

We are looking for high performing, experienced Warehouse Assistants to join our Back Shift Team (1 - 11pm), or our Day Shift Team (7am-5pm). We would like to hear from people who are passionate about customer relationships and focused on success and team satisfaction, and who are driven to continue to grow and attain our high process standards.

The annual salary is £25,737 on Day Shift and £31,329 on Back Shift. Pay Rates will also be reviewed on successful completion of probation.

Successful Warehouse Assistants will be required to;
- Hit the Team KPI's consistently.

-Ensure that Health & safety is your No. 1 Priority

· Assist in the day-to-day activities of the goods in and despatch teams.

o Order Picking

o Finish Picking

o Order despatching

o Replenishment & Goods in Put away

o Goods In processing

· Be trained in all areas of the warehouse to enable resources to be used wherever necessary.

· Participate in daily huddles and assist with daily improvement actions.

· Be prepared to go the extra mile for your colleagues, and the customer.

· Ensure all packing and picking is 100% accurate and quality checked, and that the relevant paperwork is compliant.

· Assist in managing consumables needed for warehouse operation.

- Carry out stock inventory checking.

- Be prepared to go the extra mile for the customer.

Successful candidates are likely to have;
- Previous experience of working within a similar role and/ or using similar skills will be preferred.
- Have good IT skills
