Chef Lecturer
We have exciting opportunities for skilled and highly motivated individuals to join the College as lecturers on a full and part time basis.
We are looking for experienced catering and hospitality professionals to join our outstanding team.
The roles will include the planning and delivery of catering and hospitality curriculum from Level 1 to Level 3 including 16-18 learners, adult learners and apprenticeships.
The curriculum will cover key aspects of front of house and professional cookery.
The post holders will hold a recognised teaching qualification (or happy to work towards) and have relevant experience in many facets of professional cookery and the hospitality industry. Ideally the candidate would have a level 4 in food hygiene and be versatile in all elements of the industry
