LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our Hotel Kitchen Team in food preparation and service-related duties.
Shift opportunities include:
Full Time
Part Time
Monday – Friday Only
Mornings Only (6am until 2pm)
Evenings Only (2pm until 10pm)

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of this role would include…
- Preparing a range of high quality dishes from seasonal menus across our A La Carte restaurants
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
- Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities required for this role…
- Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
- Food Safety Qualifications desired
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
- Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience
