Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the team at their private members club. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for achieving high culinary standards and creating exceptional dining experiences for members using fresh and seasonal produce.As a Chef de Partie you will play a crucial role in the kitchen's daily operations. You will work alongside the Head and Sous Chef to ensure that the highest culinary standards are maintained and that members are provided with exceptional dining experiences.One of the key responsibilities of this role is to use fresh and seasonal produce to prepare high-quality dishes that meet the club's culinary expectations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the seasonal changing menu and develop new ideas for the daily specials, ensuring that there is always something new and exciting for members to try.The role also requires a strong focus on maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic, and that all food is cooked and stored in accordance with industry regulations.As part of the kitchen team, you will be expected to work collaboratively and maintain a 'One Team' ethos.
