Get a better look at our team culture here: https://www.instagram.com/kaleidoscopehotels/ As Chef de Partie what you’ll be doing Fresh produce - Our kitchen is founded on fresh produce, making the very most of the freshly picked crops coming straight out of the ground at our sister hotel Homewood Flexible rota – Our rota can be built around a 4 or 5 day week, let us now during your interview what works for you Paid overtime – Covering holiday or team absences shouldn’t be a red flag. If we can’t give you the time back then we will pay you for it Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our kitchen team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant with remarkable a la carte dining terrace Within the kitchen team you don’t need to just ‘fall in line’ as a Chef de Partie. Your responsibilities will see variety that gives you empowerment as you train junior chefs and front of house team members, take responsibility for different sections within the kitchen and work on the a la carte and event dining Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too What happens next with your Chef de Partie application?
