Chef de Partie, The Phoenix, Victoria - Up to £16 per hour including service charge, tronc (OTE) Due to an internal promotion, The Phoenix requires a talented and passionate CDP to join the team and help take the food offer to the next level Located just around the corner from Buckingham Palace, Phoenix Victoria wants to offer you a royal welcome to our great pub. Be proud to serve delicious food from our talented head chef and work alongside a friendly and welcoming team. Whether it's shaking up the finest cocktails on our elegant first floor, or pouring the perfect pint of Guinness fit for a king in our bustling main bar, Phoenix Victoria is full of adventure and we look forward to sharing that with you. As the successful Sous Chef you will: Have experience championing excellent service through quality food Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team The ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and industry Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour Thanks for your interest in working with Young's.
