Your role
Aramark Northern Europe have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our team in the Derby DE22 area. This is a temporary full time role working five out of 7 days a week with no late nights!
Main responsibilities include...
- To maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to a high standard
- Being responsible for quality and quantity control in food production and overall sanitation of assigned areas
- Ensuring proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Keeping up with peak production during service hours
- In collaboration with the Head Chef, researches and designs new menu plans for various food service programs and customer populations, specifically focusing on current culinary trends and heart healthy cooking
- Completing production process whilst following allergen and dietary requirements
The ingredients for success
- NVQ 2 & 3 Chef diploma
- Food Safety Hygiene
- Allergen awareness level 2
Job Type: Temporary contract
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
