Position: Head Chef

Your Role: As the Head Chef, you will take the helm of our bustling kitchen, leading a team of talented and passionate chefs. You will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Head chef is responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. As head chef, you will lead the kitchen service, make sure stock and Rota’s are up to date and liaise with our senior management to ensure targets are met and standards are kept to the highest good communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident and have an eye for attention to detail.

- Passionate Leader: You must possess a fervent love for the culinary arts and have a natural talent for inspiring others to reach their full potential. Your leadership will foster a harmonious kitchen environment where creativity thrives, and teamwork prevails.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end kitchens is a must. We seek someone who has honed their skills through various culinary challenges and emerged as a true culinary maestro.
- Financial Savvy: Expertise in costings and stock control is essential. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure optimal inventory management, minimise wastage, and maintain profitability while never compromising on the quality of our offerings.
- Time Management: Our kitchen is a well-oiled machine. You should have exceptional time management skills, ensuring seamless coordination to deliver outstanding dishes promptly.
- Calm Under Pressure: Even during the busiest of times, you maintain your cool, making swift decisions and guiding your team with finesse.

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
