What you’ll do:
Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team
Preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods
Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop
Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking including
Experience in preparing dishes to a high standard
Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking
