Experienced and reliable chef required at independent city centre Italian restaurant. Applicants must be experienced in cooking with fresh ingredients, including pasta, fish and meat. Training will be provided on the menu and our cooking methods.Sergio’s is busy and fast-paced, and therefore you must be able to think on your feet, work with speed and thrive under pressure.
