In this role, you will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-moving kitchen environment and ideally within a contract catering or a la carte establishment. You will be able to demonstrate how your experience can complement our own in-house services and improve teamwork. You will have a good knowledge of standards and best practice within the catering sector and be an active and willing team member. You be responsible for providing effective and efficient high-quality catering to University staff, students and associated commercial hospitality business activities.
