Frankie & Lola’s is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Executive with exceptional analytical capabilities to join our team and help to promote and build awareness of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by creating engaging content and publishing and promoting on various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing department to achieve its marketing goals and objectives as well as our venue teams.
You should also have a special interest in community building and building positive and fun relationships with our customers online and in-person.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media and an enthusiastic and energetic presence to generate buzz and excitement amongst customers and staff alike.
Responsibilities will include:
- Familiarising yourself with the company’s mission, vision and goals.
- Working closely with the on-site team to create engaging social media content.
- Building rapport with customers and staff.
- Tracking current trends, customer preferences and other relevant metrics.
- Reporting weekly on the performance of ads, advertising budget, ROI from promoted events, etc. to the rest of the executive team.
- Prepare and host monthly marketing business meetings to secure budget and communicate marketing strategy.
- Maintaining a daily content calendar and posting schedule - ensuring there is consistent social posts, reels and live videos being published on a daily basis.
- Brainstorming ideas and maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
- Managing incoming enquiries for products including parties and bookings.
- Managing incoming social media enquiries.
- Managing our social media community by engaging with the audience, commenting and keeping the Frankie & Lola’s conversation alive.
The successful candidate will:
- Be comfortable and confident appearing in content.
- Have confidence in taking personal ownership of growth metrics and KPIs.
- Have a proven track record in building social communities/followings and strategising aggressive growth plans across multiple channels.
- Have a keen eye for design, layout and structure of posts, videos, reels, etc. to capture the attention of the audience. Furthermore, precision attention to detail is key, ensuring correct spelling, grammar, etc. is used and appropriate tone and messaging is applied at all times.
- Have experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator (preferable).
- Have experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Have a robust understanding of digital marketing concepts such as analytics, KPIs, campaign management, SEO.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a friendly, approachable and outgoing personality with a dynamic and open-minded attitude to creating fun content.
- Have excellent working knowledge of social media platforms and tools (in particular, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram).
- Be adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Have the ability to travel as/when required.

- You’ll work directly with an experienced venue management and executive team, who have a proven track record, as we build a small company into a national chain.
- You’ll have access to high end tools and equipment to aid you in your work including the Adobe suite, social media advertising suites and the Microsoft 365 suite, with budget available to purchase equipment such as cameras, lighting, etc.
- We’ll fund an annual budget towards training and continual learning and development.

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
