Job Description
The Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and arranging food in accordance to brook leisure's guidelines. This individual will be the face of brook leisure and will represent the brand to all our employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of kitchen experience, including experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, preferred not required
- Must be able to work well under pressure with an extremely busy schedule
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment
- Full time (40 hours per week) position, with opportunity for overtime
